予約のキャンセルは、原則として前日までにご連絡ください。
クレジットカード決済後のお客様都合によるキャンセルの場合は、以下のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
・前日までのキャンセル：予約料金の5％
・当日キャンセル・無断キャンセル：予約料金の50％
当日キャンセルまたは無断キャンセルの場合、残りの50％分についても手数料等により返金が困難となる場合がございます。

As a general rule, please contact us by the day before your reservation to cancel.
If you cancel for personal reasons after paying by credit card, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation by the day before: 5% of the reservation fee
Same-day cancellation or no-show: 50% of the reservation fee
In the case of a same-day cancellation or no-show, it may be difficult to refund the remaining 50% due to processing fees and other factors.
